Let There Be Light!

We all know there is darkness everywhere we go. We can sense when darkness is near us. Darkness is not just a blackness that fills a void on the earth, but an immortality in the form of wickedness that can leave one paralyzed with fear indefinitely. Adversity is against the church and God’s people. It can immobilize and cripple the most energetic and vivacious beings. Darkness is always associated with fear.

Fear is used as a tool to implant uncertainties and no hope of ever being discovered that you are in a state of no return. Therefore, you believe that rescue is to no avail. This is when the adversary will offer you a promiscuous lifestyle, lies, false promises and even wicked wealth from a horrible source that underlies the most sinister element that has attacked our society today. This structure is strategically designed to trap, especially those who are without salvation, or do not take their salvation seriously. When you are saved your souls are anchored in the Lord, Jesus Christ. No man can pluck you out of God’s hands. The enemy prefers to give you a sense of lost hope and abandonment when you feel that our Father God in heaven, has not arrived in our circumstances. This is when darkness moves into our lives.

If your household is not in order and your bills are behind, and you’re a Christian, the first thing we are to do is to pray and ask God to help us in this area or any other area that we desperately need help in. But, if we see that there has been no prevision on our behalf or our families, we then start to feel helpless and oftentimes angry, at the very one we love more than anything in the world, Jesus Christ. This is when the adversary will tempt you to other sources that will give you false hope immediately. These other sources are from evil and it can destroy your life and family, even though you are Christians. It comes in the form of darkness. This way its hideous form is hidden. With all of the discernment from God’s Spirit, you will never know you are in deep waters because you have yielded to temptations.

Darkness is very crafty and enticing. It always appears harmless, at first, and once you give in this is when it grips you with fear which will have it impossible to leave the situation even when you realize that this thing is not from God Almighty. Unfortunately, the fear will cause you to stay in a toxic, even dangerous, environments.

Darkness comes in the worst form that you can imagine. It works in relationships the most. Darkness can imitate something good when indeed it is wicked. You cannot see it in its true nature all because you have entered into an ungodly relationship, whether its people or environments. This is hidden from you because you forfeited the warning signs that God gave you so long ago about this person(s) or situations.

The good news is that our God in heaven will not let you enter into an unholy relationship with anyone without a warning. Jesus promised that he would show us all things to come, which comes in the form of dreams and visions. Please pay attention to them. Our God is faithful. Although the adversary will try to deceive God’s people through relationships, God is faithful, as he promised, never to leave us or forsake us, even when trouble or situations abruptly show up in our lives. We may not see the results right away, but God is working on our behalf. You must be encouraged and trust your God and maker, who made the heavens and the earth.

When God made heaven and the earth and the sea, he did not stop midway and turn away to something else. It is the same with you. God will complete every good thing that he started when he made you and afterward said, it is good. You are in the palm of God’s hand and the apple of his eye. How could he ever forget you? Many situations you get entangled with because of wrong choices, other times things are thrown at you. Either way, it will work out for the good, every time, because all things work together for the good for the church of Jesus Christ. This is the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ that abides on our lives. It is nothing you can ever do to earn it. God’s grace is free and it comes with salvation. We are not to abuse this marvelous grace that God has given us. Apostle Paul said, we are not to frustrate the grace of God. God knows the heart of men, never try to outwit God. The Bible says all the wisdom in the world is foolishness to God. We must recognize that God in heaven is our Father. If there is anything we need, he is always right on time.

This is the season that God is going to reveal all our adversaries and enemies to us. Every dreadful situation comes from unhealthy relationships. Unhealthy relationship are covered with darkness. We, the church, are the light of the world. This revealing will not come in a grandiose finale, or a shaking of the earth. It will come from the light that is within us, as Christians, that will shine and reveal to us our enemies, Christ in you and the hope of glory. You will be astonished when God reveals this to you and in many circumstances, it will be painful because you have trusted in these people, or situations, for many years. In many cases these toxic relationships are like magnets. These dark relationships and situations only have one purpose, that is to stop you from your destiny in God and keep you in darkness so you can’t see where you are going. Once God reveals this to us by the light that is within us, we will then see the horrible nature and its statue. Once it’s shown to us, we will be instantly set free. God’s Holy Spirit will help us in this area. It will be the Holy Spirit that will do the revealing through us and the Holy Spirit that will cut in the spirit realm the unhealthy relationship, whether they are in the workplace, family, friends, and even social networks. This is the time that God will reveal all our adversaries to us by Jesus Christ his Son and let there be light!

“Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee” (ISIAH 60:1-2).

“Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth. While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light…” (JOHN 12:35-36).

Glory be to God,
