THE DAWN OF A NEW DAY

There is no way of describing it. There is no way of approaching it. There is no way to explain it, but there is something miraculous about the dawn. The very first appearance of light in the sky before sunrise is an extreme sight to behold. So many of us take dawn for granted. Sleep would be most of our desire that early in the morning and even those who rise early oftentimes slight the extreme beauty of the dawn. Why is this so? Why do so many of God’s people consider the peak of dawn irrelevant? Perhaps the same way we often miss out on the beauty of God’s creation as in trees, mountains, and rivers. We, as God’s people, simply take creation for granted. Although the sun is a creation of God, it rises every morning. Trees and grass change. Mountains stay the same. Rivers in the sea are constant. However, the rising of the sun brings God’s miracles into fruition every morning.

We, as God’s people, actually are privileged to see a miracle from God every morning in motion, as in the rising of the sun. God wants you, his beloved, to witness this at many occasions in your life. It is not something we as a people can witness daily, but God in heaven wants to manifest this miraculous occasion to you from time to time, the rising of the sun: dawn. It is to witness a miracle and to behold the one who is actually performing it. This will instill in the children of God, the Saints, who is the Almighty God of their lives and all men, even those who do not receive him. It will also demonstrate to them God’s power and glory, not only to emphasize the dawn, but also the dawn in our lives.

God in heaven wants to be a dawn in your life. It is time for God to do miracles in your life! The Holy Spirit once said if it’s not a miracle, then God is not in it. God spoke this word in the book, the new addition, “The Blessed Word” by Helen Trower. This is actually one of the chapters in the book. Purchase the book and discover the many horizons and miracles of God through his word. The book is waiting for you. There have been too many dark days for God’s people, his Saints. You need a dawn in your life, a beginning of a new day and the end of what was dark. Dawn isn’t just the early mornings, but dawn breaks darkness and enables light to come through! You need a dawn in your life! Darkness will always be around with its obscurity and less hope, but dawn awaits for all Christians who have put their faith and hope in God’s Son Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ, beloved, is the daystar. Jesus Christ is the dawn of all men! Yes, God wants you to behold the dayspring to witness his miracles every morning that many take for granted. God wants you to behold, from time to time, his miracles of the dawn. This will enlarge your heart. Watching the sunrise, the dawn, will enlarge your heart for the miracles that God wants to do in your own heart.

God doesn’t want you to sit in darkness any longer. There can be no victory where darkness is! There can be no peace where darkness is! There can be no love where darkness is! The only way to receive this miraculous life is to let Jesus Christ come into your heart and to believe that Jesus is the light of the world. No other human-being has that cognomen or statute but Jesus Christ, God’s Son!

To behold the dawn, the sunrise, doesn’t only equip you to see the visual power of God, but to also receive and believe that Jesus Christ is the daystar in your heart, which will be the beginning of all new things starting with everlasting life; salvation. God wants to give you a new start! God wants to give you a new life out of darkness. God wants to give you his Son Jesus Christ, the light of the world. God wants to give you the dawn of a new day. Amen.

“We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:” (II PETER 1:19)

“ Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us, To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace” (LUKE 1:78-89).

“Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life” (JOHN 8:12).

To God Be the Glory,

Reverend Helen Trower
